Mary Jo and Charlie Leet join forces and voices with Linda and Chris Tatarian to perform as the ‘True Life Travelers’ (TLT). TLT dips into bluegrass, gospel and traditional American music with powerful vocal harmonies and entertaining style.

The Leets have over 20 years of experience performing around the world with the Dry Branch Fire Squad bluegrass band. Mary Jo & Charlie now perform as a duet and with the group Nuance…and Old Uncles, as well as TLT. They also provide workshop coordination and hosting services with their Geobuilt Star Pavilion tent and Bose sound system for festivals and music events.

The Tatarians play a wide variety of music, performing across the continent as Rum River Blend, “Unprofessional Entertainment” for the last 15 years.  Audiences and fellow musicians as well, enjoy their entertaining sing-a-long,

play-a-long style.

We hope you enjoy listening to “Seasonal Life” as much as we enjoyed recording it.  This project was accomplished with a lot of laughter, affection, passion, great meals, big salads and a little Merlot to keep us in line.  Life is Good! TLT

The F.A.R.M. T.E.A.M.

The F.A.R.M.  T.E.A.M.

The F.A.R.M.  T.E.A.M. is an acronym for the Free Alliance of Recalcitrant Musicians Totally Eclectic About Music, Team members all live in Patrick County, VA and include Mary Jo & Charlie Leet and Gayle & Rory McTighe.

As a group, The F.A.R.M.  T.E.A.M.  uses Martin guitars, the dobro, mandolin and string bass to play Americana-type classic blues, bluegrass, old-time and singer-songwriter material…along with swing, campfire and kids songs that strike their fancy...that’s where the “eclectic” part comes in!

When TEAM members moved to Patrick County, each had made a commitment to give service to the traditional American music that has filled their lives.

The F.A.R.M.  T.E.A.M.  members had originally met years ago at an early West Virginia bluegrass festival and in 2008 found each other transplanted here in Patrick County, VA…all following the roots of the American music that we love so well.
